Cash For Clunkers Ends Monday
August 23, 2009 - 4:21pm
TYLER - Time is running out for the government's popular "Cash for Clunkers" program.
This is the last weekend for customers to take advantage of the program.
Some dealerships will stop offering it well before Monday's deadline.
Others say they'll make deals until the last minute.
The government says it's ending the popular program, because it ran out of money.
It offers customers vouchers of up to $4,500 for certain cars.
The cash for clunkers program officially ends at 7:00 on Monday.
