A burger battle is breaking out between two restaurants fighting for the right to give you a triple bypass.

Executive Chef Mark Hipkiss at Bellevue, Washington's John Howie Steak recently introduced a new addition to the lunch menu dubbed the "Triple By-Pass Burger."

Hipkiss sandwiched a 12-ounce prime chuck burger, tempura fried Kurobuta bacon and onion rings between two grilled cheese sandwiches oozing with Tillamook cheddar and Swiss cheese.

"We came up with the name because somebody said it would give you a heart attack if you ate it," said Hipkiss.

However, workers at "The Heart Attack Grill" in Arizona heard about the burger and declared that ownership of the name belonged to them.

They threatened the Bellevue restaurant with legal action.

Although Hipkiss' burger only resembles the Arizona burger in designation and nowhere in content, he must now give the sandwich a new name.

Hipkiss and proprietor John Howie decided to reach out in the form of a contest and ask friends and fans alike to come up with a new name.

The prize is a party for six, which will include six of said hamburgers and six pints of John Howie Steak Amber Ale.
