Smith County  investigators are looking into the death of a 19-year-old woman Wednesday night at a home on County Road 2273 in Chapel Hill.

Officials said the woman's brother returned from a jog to find his sister with a gunshot wound to the forehead around 7:00 Wednesday night.

The victim's name is not being released at this time.

Smith County officials say Sheriff J.B. Smith will make a statement Thursday.
