LOS ANGELES — (AP) - Charlie Sheen is at a Los Angeles courthouse for a hearing in his divorce case.

The former "Two and a Half Men" star arrived Tuesday morning to seek custody of his twin sons with estranged wife Brooke Mueller.
 

She has reportedly checked back into rehab in recent days.
 

Sheen flew cross-country for the hearing and is scheduled to fly back in time to perform in his stage show in Washington on Tuesday night.

Across town in LA, Sheen's attorneys are arguing to keep the actor's $100 million lawsuit over his firing from "Men" in the public court system. His former employer, Warner Bros. Television,
wants the case handled in private arbitration.
 

Sheen's divorce from Mueller is set to become official on May 2.
