City officials proposed a $64.5 million budget

Lufkin — The Lufkin Daily News is reporting; Lufkin City Council members on Tuesday conducted a public hearing and approved a tax rate and budget for fiscal 2013, allowing the budget process to move forward to the ordinance phase.
