East Texas — City crews were scheduled to resume citywide mosquito fogging at 4 a.m. Tuesday as the region’s response to a record-breaking outbreak of West Nile virus continues.

The virus so far has been blamed for the deaths of three East Texans and more than three dozen other Texans.
