The Children's Miracle Network is partnering with Trinity Mother Frances Hospitals and Clinics to select a child for the "Miracle Child" event.

CMN's annual event selects one child based on their individual story and also their courageous spiriti over a medical ailment.  The child who is selected will get a grand announcement from Tyler Mayor Barbara Bass at the Rose Garden Center in Tyler. 

That starts at 10:00 this morning.

The CMN "Miracle Child" will also light the City of Tyler Christmas Tree on December 2nd following the parade.  The parade starts at 6:00 p.m.
