TYLER — First, it was the Telco Plus Credit Union...and today, the Regions Bank on the loop was robbed at knifepoint.

Police arrested the woman they believed was responsible - 27-year-old Vanessa Ashford.  During their interviews, she confessed to both the Telco and the Regions bank robberies.
