Sports drinks, fat-free chips and macaroni and cheese are all found in millions of American households, and all outlawed in the United Kingdom. It's not just the U.K.. Taking a stand for healthful eating, many countries like Canada, France, and Australia have banned commonly found foods such as bread crumbs, cereals, and TV dinners, all because of their dangerous ingredients.

While the United States does not currently have a ban on these junk foods, experts say you shouldn't be afraid of the food; the quantity is what can kill you.
Sara Upson, nutritionist with My Signature Nutrition says, "Have moderate portions and don't have fried food everyday include some of those whole foods like fruit and vegetables and whole grains and balance out the fried food that you eat."

Experts also warn, before you buy check out the ingredients because odds are if you can't pronounce them you should not eat them either.
