The Compassionate Friends of Tyler will be hosting their annual candle light lighting ceremony this weekend.

Compassionate Friends is a grief support group for parents and families who have experienced the death of a child.

The ceremony is to honor the memory of all children who have died.  For 24 hours, candles will stay lit in every time zone around the world for one hour to remember those that are gone, but not forgotten. 

The event takes place on December 12th at the Crossroads Community Church in Tyler.  Service begins at 6:30 p.m. and all family and friends are welcome.
