Cops and Cuffs: Police on the lookout for a "drive-through" bandit

NACOGDOCHES—A Nacogdoches drug sweep ends with 13 arrests.

Officials say 5 other warrants were served to people who were already in the county jail on other charges.

Officers are still searching for 12 other people.

VAN ZANDT COUNTY—Skeletal remains were found on County Road 2144 in Van Zandt County.

Texas Rangers and Van Zandt County Sheriffs are in the early stages of the investigation.

The remains were sent to Dallas for possible identification.

PALESTINE—A suspected burglar is in custody after accidentally shooting himself.

The Palestine-Herald reports the man allegedly broke into a house and stole two guns earlier this week.

The man was then arrested Wednesday on a different charge after apparently shooting himself.

DALLAS—Police are looking for the man dubbed the "drive-through bandit".

The man in this security camera video is accused of using a gun to rob as many as 10 fast-food restaurants in the past 10 days.

So far, no one has been hurt.

In most cases, the employees shut the window and walk away.
