Decision came after council cites need for further study and discussion

Lufkin — The Lufkin Daily News is reporting; Lufkin City Council members on Tuesday night tabled a proposed five-year, $8.1 million general fund capital improvement program that could include a new municipal court building, a skate park, a new fire station in North Lufkin and numerous street reconstruction and reconditioning projects.
