Man identified as his father, but authorities question care

Houston — The Houston Chronicle is reporting; A Houston couple whose infant disappeared in 2004 learned Wednesday that an 8-year-old living in East Texas is their child, but the revelation was clouded by allegations the couple may have given away the boy along with their other four children.
