LONGVIEW — Longview firefighters have extinguished a fire on the 300 block of Davis St.

The fire began just after 12:00 noon on Wednesday.

Officials tell KETK crews on the scene that the fire started toward the back portion of the home.

Four people live in the house, but only one person was at the house at the time, but there were no injuries.

The cause of the fire is under investigation, but officials do not suspect foul play.

Red Cross will be assisting the family during any displacement.
