The man charged with murdering another person at the American Legion post in Henderson early Sunday has been released from jail.

At around 12:20 a.m., on the 600 block of Sand St. In Henderson, Joe Watley, 60, of Henderson, allegedly shot Roy Lee Moore, 53, of Henderson, multiple times in his upper body. The victim later died at a Kilgore hospital from his wounds.
