Texas law says if you get into words with another and both decide to settle it outside, then if anyone is injured it's assault. If anyone DIES it's murder.

So folks, if another person says, "lets fight", you walk away.

so wen do grown people go and resolve and issue wit a teenager in my days they go to the parent

It's a shame that anyone should have to die because of an argument but IT'S even more of a shame that a full grown man would choose to shoot a recent high school graduate. Wth
