Authorities identify 3 accused burglars in Smith County chase

Smith County, Texas (KETK) —
Three suspected burglars are now in custody by Smith County Sheriff's Office Deputies after a brief pursuit Thursday morning.
At 10:20 a.m, a call was received by the Smith County Sheriff's Office Dispatch from a homeowner in the 18,000 block of County Road 234. An uncle of the homeowner, who also lives in the same neighborhood, was driving by and saw a car that shouldn't have been there, parked behind the house.
The uncle then entered the home through the front door, which is where the alleged burglars had entered, and spotted them making their way out the back door. The reported criminals got into their car and drove off while the uncle used a used a shotgun to shoot toward the car.
At 10:41 a.m., Smith County Sheriff's Office Deputies, with the assistance of other law enforcement agencies, pulled over suspected car and took three men into custody. Two bullet holes were found in the front bumper of the car.
The three men, a Hispanic male and two black males, will be charged with Burglary of Habitation and they car has been towed to the SCSO facility. A search warrant is being prepared for the car at this time. Stolen property from the suspected crime is thought to be in the car.
The three men were identified as Larry Bernard Jones III, 23, of Henderson, Robert Kederrick Bradford, 26, of Henderson, Phillip Lamarcus Ross, Jr., 29, of Henderson, are all charged with burglary of a habitation. Their vehicle has been towed to a Smith County Sheriff’s Office facility.
A search warrant is being prepared for the vehicle at this time. Stolen property from this burglary is believed to be in the vehicle
