Authorities seeking FL home invasion suspect who could be in ETX

Tyler, Texas (KETK) —
The Texas Department of Public Safety is searching for a suspect wanted for a reported home invasion in Florida.
According to officials, Henry Contreras, 49, has ties to East Texas and is believed to be driving a 2011 maroon Nissan with Florida license plate number 546JAM.
The alert is being issued throughout Smith, Rusk and Gregg counties and the invasion Contreras is believed to be connected to is out of Orange County, Florida.
Contreras, as well as three other people, have been deemed persons of interest in connection with recent home invasions in East Texas.
The following people were arrested in Orange County, Florida (pictured left to right):
- Johnathan Rickadan Contreras, 27
- Andres Perez, 44
- Frank William Bower, Jr., 54
The men have been listed as persons of interest, due to the similar styles of robbery in Florida and East Texas. In each case, the robbers tie up homeowner's while another leads them to valuables. They were also dressed in "ninja-like" garb.
