East Texas law enforcement has asked for the public's help in locating a man with a specific identifiyer, a barcode tattoo, who is wanted on a handful of warrants.

Randall Cyrus Dobbs, 32, has been charged with stealing credit cards and a handgun from two vehicles in Lufkin on April 25. The suspect then used the cards to purchase items totaling more than $3,000, according to Crime Stoppers. He is currently sought on three arrest warrants and possibly two more in the near future.

Investigators determined Dobbs, who has a previous felony conviction, also possessed the stolen handgun. The handgun and the items purchased were recovered, but Dobbs has not been found.

The active warrants for Dobbs’ arrest are for the offenses of burglary of a vehicle and credit card abuse, and the warrants being sought are for theft of a firearm and felon in possession of a firearm.

The alleged thief is described as a white male with brown hair and hazel eyes. He stands about 6 feet tall and weighs around 160 pounds.

The images of Randall Dobbs shown here were taken in December 2011, but the barcode tattoo on the back of his neck has not changed.

The listed warrant information was correct and current when published but may no longer be current or correct when read. Warrants and charges must be verified before arrest. NEVER attempt to apprehend any suspect yourself; doing so may be dangerous and Crime Stoppers will not pay a reward to anyone involved in such action.

If you know the current location of Randall Cyrus Dobbs, call Crime Stoppers of Lufkin at (936) 639-TIPS or submit a tip at www.LufkinCrimeStoppers.com. All calls and tips are anonymous and Crime Stoppers may pay a cash reward for information that leads to Dobbs’ arrest.
