Bonds set at $50K for men charged in death of Hallsville man

Hallsville, TX (Longview News-Journal) — Bonds were set at $50,000 each for the two men indicted in the 2009 murder of a Hallsville man.
Thomas Richardson Jr., of Tyler, and Harley Blake Vaughn, of Harleton were arraigned in 71st District Court for the slaying of Bobby Joe Inzer.
Rick Hagan, special prosecutor appointed in the case, said pretrial hearings for both have not been set yet.
