Tyler Investigators have arrested two men in connection with the murder of a man at a local apartment complex.

Investigators secured arrest warrants for Capital Murder on Ladarrius Devonte Warren,19, and Earnest Deaurndra Jackson Jr., 18, both of Tyler.

Both men are responsible for the fatal shooting of Joshua Robert McGill in the parking lot of Kensington Apartments on Monday night.

Investigators learned that McGill was in the process of selling marijuana to the suspects. The suspects had the intention of stealing McGill’s marijuana without paying for it when Warren shot McGill.

On Wednesday, June 05, 2013 Tyler Investigators, patrol officers and the U.S. Marshals Service located both suspects and took them into custody without force.

Judge Kennedy set the bond at $2,000,000 on each suspect. This investigation is still ongoing.

First let me say r.I.p to the young man that lost his life. But lets understand that everyone makes mistakes and these two men were someone son, brother, and even father so please pray for all the families that is effected by this tragedy. And dont judge, that's God job!!!

that Josh is in a better place

I am the youngest brother of Josh and I agree with Hugo that what he was doing was wrong but I still do not think he deserved to die I love joshua he was the best friend friend anybody could have He would help anybody Josh made some mistakes but we all have I know there is nobody readingg this article that has not made a mistake including my self I know Josh new God and God is merciful God understands that nobody is perfect and thats why he forgives us when we do wrong I thank God becuase I know

So sad. Josh had so much going for him to throw it away by selling drugs. He had wonderful parents and Josh was well liked in school. It's a shame he chose the life of selling drugs because a lot of times, that life style doesn't end well. He gave his life for drugs. Praying for his sweet mother and father. Please learn from this kids, selling and doing drugs is not going to make your life better and it won't get you anywhere. You'll always be looking over your shoulder choosing that life.

I bet their bond wouldn't be so high if they be white.

Shut up. No, really.
