The OCSO tells KETK Vauluck reportedly caused the deaths of  nine victims by drug toxicity from excessive amounts of prescription drugs.

Officials have been investigating Valuck since January 2013 and according to the arrest affidavit, at the time of practice, Valuck did not accept insurance and all visits were paid for by credit card and/or cash. He was booked into jail in Oklahoma on December 30, 2013.
