Drugs found in Lufkin woman's bra following arrest on warrant
Lufkin, Texas (KETK) — Lufkin officers arrested a woman Wednesday afternoon when she was allegedly found with drugs following a wreck.
According to the Lufkin Police Department, Hanna I. Blackwell, 24, was involved in a crash on the 500 block of South Chestnut Street at around 4:15 p.m. When police responded to the scene, they learned she had backed her vehicle into a parked car.
During questioning, police learned Blackwell was wanted on a warrant and arrested. Later, authorities also found a xanax pill in her bra. She is charged with possession of a controlled substance.
Blackwell was booked into the Angelina County Jail. Her bail was set at $2,000.
No injuries were reported.
