East Texan captured, accused of snapping photos of man using restroom at Wal-Mart

Captain Roman Roberson with the Kilgore Police Department tells KETK they have captured a man who reportedly took pictures of another person in the Kilgore Wal-Mart bathroom last week.

Police say Devin Rhett Butler, 27, of Kilgore, was picked up around 2:30 p.m., Wednesday, after a search warrant was issued stating he allegedly was caught snapping pictures of another man using the restroom in the department store bathroom on April 22.

Police received the initial report, Thursday, April 24, regarding the improper photography incident at the big-box store located in the 1200 block of Stone Street in Kilgore. The man who claims Butler was taking pictures of him says the suspect.

According to Butler's Facebook page, he began working at Wal-Mart in 2005 and graduated from Sabine High School.

Butler was arrested for Improper Photography.
