ETX bank employees robbed, undetermined amount of cash taken

Tyler, Texas (KETK) — The Tyler Police Department is investigating an incident where two Tyler bank employees were robbed in a heist Monday morning.
Monday morning around 7:52 a.m., Tyler police received a 911 call of a robbery from an employee of the Capital One Bank, located at Copeland Road and Loop 323.
The bank employee said she and another female employee were walking back toward the drive-thru building door when they were approached by a man telling them to drop the black night deposit bag. The suspect then grabbed the bag and fled in a dark Mercedes Benz, 4-door sedan with no license plates.
The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 6'0" tall, thin build and was wearing a suit and a nylon stocking over his head.

Crime stoppers will pay up to $1,000 for information that leads to the arrest and charges filed against the suspects in this case or any felony case.
