ETX inmate's autopsy reveals no trauma, foul play

Van Zandt County, Texas (KETK) — The Texas Rangers are investigating the death of an East Texas inmate that happened Sunday.
According to the Van Zandt County Sheriff's Office, a man died in the department's custody, but no other information is being released as it is an on-going investigation now being conducted byt the Texas Rangers.
According to the autopsy there was no notable trauma and no indications of any foul play. The final autopsy is pending the results of the toxicology report.
