Beaumont, TX (KETK) — United States Attorney John M. Bales announced today that a Beaumont, Texas man has been sentenced for a charge of possession of materials involving the sexual exploitation of minors.
Bradlan Darrick Mills, 26, was sentenced to 120 months imprisonment today during a hearing before United States District Judge Thad Heartfield. Mills had pleaded guilty to the charge on January 17, 2013.
According to information presented in court, in late July, 2011, federal and local agents executed a search warrant at Mills’ residence. During the search, several computers and digital media storage was seized. Forensic review of the items revealed 525 images and 6 videos of child pornography, some of which would be considered sadistic or masochistic. Some of the images depicted prepubescent minors under the age of 12.
