ETX man sentenced to 99 years in prison after being found guilty of felony DWI

Longview, Texas (KETK) — A Gregg County man has been sentenced to 99 years in prison after being found guilty of felony DWI.
According to the Gregg County District Attorney's Office, Esaw Lampkin, 45, was found guilty of felony DWI and was given his sentence after the jury heard he had four prior DWI convictions and nine prior felony convictions.
The trial was conducted in the 124th District Court and was presided over by Judge Alfonso Charles. Chris Botto and Chris Parker represented the State.
