ETX pastor accused of injuring wife during argument

The pastor of an East Texas church was arrested Tuesday morning after he allegedly hurt his wife.

According to the Lufkin Police Department, at 7:30 a.m., Andrew "Andy" Pittman, of Lufkin, was involved in a dispute with his wife when he shoved her into a door. The victim's arm was injured during the incident.

Pittman is charged with assault causing bodily injury. His bail was set at $1,500.

The suspect is the senior pastor at First Baptist Church in Lufkin.

If they weren't in Christian marriage counseling they should be.
It's either that or divorce.
While divorce is tough at first & there's a bit of stigma attached to clergy divorces, if he plays his cards right he can spin it so it's her fault.
It was in my case.
I didn't have to spin it though - she proved it to the lawyers and the judge.
Makes my life easier all around.
I believe she's now on the medication she should have been all along.
