ETX Wal-Mart hatchet slinger indicted on multiple counts of aggravated assault

Marshall, Texas (KETK) — A Harrison County Jury has indicted a man on three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon stemming from a December 2013 incident.
According to officials around 6:00 a.m., Sunday, December 8, 2013, Christopher Lyn Hamilton allegedly injured three people swinging a hatchet inside the Marshall Wal-Mart located in the 1700 block of East end Boulevard. Hamilton was arraigned on the charges the following Monday.
Pct. 2 Justice of the Peace Judge Nancy George set his bonds at $75,000 apiece totaling $225,000.
