A former  East Texas charter school counselor is facing child porn charges for wanting "dirty talk" from a 10-year-old female student.

John Carter, a former counselor at Pineywoods Community Academy, turned himself into police, Tuesday, after he admitted to telling a student,"I'm going to ask you to tell me things your mom probably wouldn't approve of."

The Lufkin Daily News reports police searched his home computer as part of the investigation and he was released on $3,500 bond, Tuesday.

If convicted, Carter faces up to two years in prison.

2 Years???!!!! This stuff is never going to end until the guilty ones are justly punished. Im so tired of hearing "its not our place to judge" We are not judging when a person admits to or is caught red-handed commiting a crime. We better do something more to protect these children or we are going to suffer the wrath of a Holy God!
