Austonio, Tx — Houston County Sheriff deputies arrested a man--- ironically wearing a shirt claiming he is a "Great Father"--- after a domestic disturbance escalated in Austonio.  

On Monday, authorities were dispatched to a house on Highway 21 W to reports of domestic violence.

A woman told officials her husband, Arlon Wayne Hough, 47, of Crockett, had made threats toward her and fired his pistol inside the home.

A warrant was obtained Tuesday for the arrest of Arlon Wayne Hough. He was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second degree felony.

No one was injured during the incident.

Hough's bond is set at $30,000.
