Harmony ISD substitute teacher pleads guilty to attempted sexual assault of a minor

Upshur County, TX (KETK) — Upshur County officials tell KETK, Judy Langford, a substitute at Harmony ISD, entered plea of guilty to attempted sexual assault of a minor on Friday, May 17.
She was sentenced to five years in prison.
Also in writing, she judicially plead guilty to attempted online solicitation of minor.
She gave up her substitute teacher certification and upon release from prison must register as a sex offender.
Langford has no prior criminal history.
Her initial arrest was after a grand jury indicted her.
