Houston County — An alleged land dispute led to a shooting in Houston County Tuesday afternoon.

Nathaniel Hodge, 76, is accused of shooting his neighbor, Ricky Scurlock, 56, three times with a .22 caliber pistol on Arbor Road. He was flown to a Tyler hospital, however, his condition is unknown.

Hodge is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He is currently in the Houston County Jail.
