Washington, D.C. (KETK) — The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement team has issued a nationwide search for a man who is wanted for receiving and distributing child pornography.
Michael David Wilson, a 30-year-old office worker, is on the ICE most wanted list for sending and receiving porn for almost a year.
Wilson is listed as 5'10", weighing in at 205 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. His last known location is Sacramento, California.
On July 25, 2013, a federal grand jury in the Eastern District of California indicted Wilson for receiving and distributing child pornography and a warrant was issued for his arrest. According to the charges, Wilson, who was living in Delano, California, at the time, received and distributed child pornography over the Internet from about September 3, 2012, through approximately April 25 of this year. Prior to the filing of the criminal charges, Wilson traveled outside the country.
Upon his return to the U.S., Wilson told inspecting officers with U.S. Customs and Border Protection that he was en route to the Sacramento area to live with relatives. However, despite extensive efforts, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) special agents have been unable to locate the suspect, although it is believed he may still be in northern California.
If you see or have any information on the whereabouts of Wilson you are asked to please contact ICE at 1-866-DHS-2-ICE.
