Harrison County investigators have met with the United States Marshal’s Office in Dallas and returned an illegal alien, who is an East Texas murder suspect, from Mexico.

Jose Casiano-Aburto fled to Mexico after he was named a suspect in the death of 2-year-old Yeli Madalyn Jimenez. The suspect fled to Central Mexico on approximately February 16, 2012, after the death of Jimenez.

Efforts to return him for investigation and trial began with the U.S. Department of State, U.S. Marshal’s Office, U.S. Homeland Security and the Mexican government.

He was arrested in Mexico and held for extradition back to the United States and Harrison County. An agreement was made not to include the death penalty in the trial for the child’s death and this cleared the way for his return.

A date for the trial will be scheduled for the death of the child by the District Attorney’s office.

He is being held in the Harrison County Jail and his bond has been set at $1,000,000.

yes we wont kill him. why the hell do we have to keep a promise. .45 to head done

He was in the USA illegally. Murdered a little 2 year old girl. Now we have to bring him back, try him and incarcerate him. He will have Spanish interpreters, etc. Can you imagine the tax dollars that are going to be expended upon this illegal alien?

Send him back to Mexico to serve a life sentence in one of their hell holes.
