A Longview man who is on probation for bigamy, was jailed after warrants accused him of assault charges.

Joseph Lederle Seastrunk, 42, was arrested Wednesday, after outstanding warrants revealed he was being accused of injury to a child, elderly or disabled person and assault by strangulation.

Seasturnk was arrested in January 2011 on charges of bigamy which is the act of entering into a marriage with one person while still legally married to another.

The suspect was given five years probation as his sentence in the bigamy case, but now faces jail time if his probation is revoked.

He was released Thursday night on $10,000 bond.
