Mall shooter trial continues Wednesday, jury deliberating

Tyler, Texas (KETK) — According to the Smith County District Attorney's Office, the jury in the case of accused Tyler mall shooter Ricky Neal, Jr., will regroup to continue deliberations Wednesday morning at 9:00 a.m.
The jury stopped talks around 11:40 p.m., Tuesday night after a note was given to the judge saying they "needed more time to decide."
Neal 27, of Tyler is charged with murder and aggravated assault stemming from a February 2013 incident in the Broadway Square Mall parking lot. Neal is accused of shooting Christopher Mass on February 9, 2013.
