Man accused of murdering 2 in 2001 arson case
Marshall, Texas (Marshall News-Messenger) — Bond has been set at $1 million for a suspect who was arrested on last Thursday for allegedly setting a fire, killing two people, 13 years ago.
“The person we arrested is Martin Olds,” said Jay Webb, administrative lieutenant with the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office.
Webb said Olds was indicted in 2013 for a capital murder charge that occurred in 2001. The victims in the case were 33-year-old Dusty Hicks and 62-year-old Billy Price.
