Marshall man accused of sexually assaulting mentally disabled person
Marshall, Texas (LNJ) — A Marshall man remains in the Harrison County Jail on $100,000 bond, charged with the sexual assault of a mentally disabled person. Harrison County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Larry Deshun Lacy on Aug. 21 on the sexual assault charge.
According to an arrest affidavit, Lacy is accused of sexually abusing a mentally disabled person on Aug. 11. The affidavit says during the assault Lacy repeatedly hit the victim’s head, face and body causing injuries to her right jaw and the upper left side of her head.
