Marshall police identify suspects in Friday morning murder

UPDATE- Police have identified the two people suspected of murdering David James Cherry in Marshall Friday morning.

31-year-old Jason Stevens Rand and 21-year-old Oriel Jacinta Alexander are both wanted in connection with the murder.

Consider both subjects armed and dangerous.

They were last seen driving a White 2003 Chevrolet Malibu, TX LP DM3C338, possibly headed to the Houston, TX area.

ORIGINAL- Authorities have released surveillance video of two people who are considered "persons of interest" in the murder of David James Cherry.

Shortly before 1:30 a.m., the 28-year-old was found dead in a Marshall home with a single gunshot wound to his head after emegency crews responded to a 911 call Friday morning.
