The Nacogdoches County Sheriff's Office has filed two more felony charges against Justin Lejeune who has been in custody since December 5, 2013, on charges of child pornography and improper photo or visual recording.

The sheriff's office conducted a search warrant on Lejeune's residence Thursday, December 5, where investigators found child pornography and improper visual recordings. Lejeune was not at the house during the execution of the search warrant, but was later found at work. Investigators conducted an interview with Lejeune who gave a confession to what evidence had been found at his home.

Sheriff Jason Bridges said during this time, investigators have been busy reviewing evidence found at the scene. Investigators have uncovered numerous DVD’s that were found in Lejeune 's bedroom. Bridges stated that there are over 150 videos and over 30 videos of child pornography that were downloaded by Lejeune.

During the investigation, a child sexual assault that took place at Lejeune’s home in 1999 was uncovered. Lejeune was interviewed about the sexual assault and confessed to the crime.
The Nacogdoches County Sheriff 's Office obtained two more warrants for Lejeune, Tuesday, for aggravated sexual assault of a child and possession of child pornography.
Sheriff Bridges claimed the computers taken from Lejeune's residence are still being processed by the Lufkin Police Department and more charges may still be filed at the conclusion of this case.

Lejeune is awaiting arraignment in the Nacogdoches County Jail on the two felony charges filed against him.

The Texas Rangers, FBI and Lufkin Police Department are assisting in the investigation and bonds have been set at 200,000.00 dollars on these two charges.
