Second man arrested for terroristic threats against Kaufman Co. officials

Kaufman County, TX (KETK) — The Texas Rangers have arrested a second man accused of making terroristic threats against an assistant district attorney in Kaufman County.
On Thursday, officials arrested Robert Allan Miller, 52, of Terrell after threats toward an assistant DA were posted on Miller's social media website.
Police apprehended Miller at his home.
Miller is being held at the Kaufman County Jail on $1 million bond.
On Tuesday night, Texas Rangers arrested Nick Morale, 56, of Terrell, for making a threat, over the phone, to an official working the murder case of Kaufman County district attorney, Mike McLelland.
