Second man arrested for terroristic threats against Kaufman Co. officials

The Texas Rangers have arrested a second man accused of making terroristic threats against an assistant district attorney in Kaufman County.

On Thursday, officials arrested Robert Allan Miller, 52, of Terrell after threats toward an assistant DA were posted on Miller's social media website.

Police apprehended Miller at his home.

Miller is being held at the Kaufman County Jail on $1 million bond.

On Tuesday night, Texas Rangers arrested Nick Morale, 56, of Terrell, for making a threat, over the phone, to an official working the murder case of Kaufman County district attorney, Mike McLelland.

The investigation into the murders of Mike and Cynthia McLelland continues. Investigators are receiving tips on a consistent basis, and all of those tips are being investigated thoroughly.

It's not that they are particularly violent or menacing but they sure are stupid. Yes they are stuck on stupid!

YES, "stupid is as stupid ...." Somewhere there is an algorithm which factors in the variables of; abuse of power, mistreatment by the judicial system, the size of the chip on a shoulder, and the IQ of the idio dumb enough to involve himself in a nationwide capirtal murder investigation. He simply may be seeking attention.
