Kenneth Goff, who has been on the run for the past few weeks, has been arrested.

Goff was wanted for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and Credit Card Abuse also faces charges of Terroristic Threat.

While Goff was on the run he would call the Trinity County Sheriff’s Office and threaten to blow up the jail and courthouse.

Goff also made several statements that he had killed several people and would be killing more in the near future.

Goff fled Trinity County in a stolen car and abandoned it in Houston where Houston Police Department found it.

Goff made his way to Texarkana where he continued to call and make threats.

After making a plea to the public for help in apprehending Goff, Sheriff Wallace requested that the Marshal Service Fugitive Division help in tracking Goff down.

Marshals tracked Goff from Texarkana to Shreveport, La soon after Goff checked into a hospital in Bossier City, La. Goff checked into the hospital under a fictitious name and lied about his social security number in a attempt to conceal his identity. In an effort not to absorb the medical cost Sheriff Wallace requested that the Marshal’s wait until Goff was leaving the hospital to make the arrest. Marshal’s stayed close to the hospital and this morning at 9:00 AM Goff attempted to leave the hospital and was arrested.

Officers stated that Goff told them that he had placed several bombs and grenades in the area and was trying to flee the area.

Goff is currently in the Bossier Parrish Maximum Security Jail in Plain Dealing, La. Goff will be held there until extradited back to Trinity County to face his charges.

Goff told officers that he would be out in no time because Clint Black was on his way to bail him out!
