Two East Texans were arrested Tuesday for alleged prescription fraud at a Kilgore business.

Officers were first alerted to the situation when it was reported that a forged prescription had taken place at a local CVS. Police arrived at the scene and arrested two people who had just attempted to pass a fraudulent prescription.

Pat Still, 35, of Overton, and Denise Dooley, 31, of Mt. Enterprise, were charged with failure to identify and fraud. Still was also wanted on two Rusk County Warrants for possession of a controlled substance and fraud.

Both alleged criminals were booked into the Kilgore Jail.
