Tyler PD secures warrant for man involved in Tyler park shooting, bond set at $1,000,000

Tyler Investigators have secured an arrest warrant for Rakheem Goldstein, 20, of Tyler, for Murder.

Goldstein was involved in the shooting death of Briana Raquel Young who was shot in PT Cole Park on Tuesday, July 30th. Judge Jack Skeen set his bond at $1,000,000.

Investigators have not been able to locate Goldstein and need the public's assistance in locating him.

Anyone with information about Goldstein or any other further details related to this case is urged to contact the Tyler Police Department, at 903-531-1000, or Crimestoppers at 903-597-CUFF (903-597-2833). Crimestoppers will pay up to $1,000 for information that leads to the arrest and charges filed against the suspects in this case.

The incident is an on-going investigation being conducted by Tyler Police Investigators, along with the Smith County District Attorney’s Office and U.S. Marshal’s Office.
