An East Texas sex-offender who was wanted for not registering with the county has surrendered to officials.

Child predator, Marvelous Touché Napoleon, 29, of Lufkin, turned himself in to the Angelina County Sheriff's Office, Sunday, around 5:45 p.m., for failing to register as a sex-offender after he assaulted a 15-year-old girl.

Prior to turning himself in, Napoleon's last known location was near Walker Loop, but he disappeared in late 2013.

He has been booked into the Angelina County Jail on $10,000 bond.
