Trinity Tx (KETK) — On February 28, 2013 around 5:30 in the evening, Officer Barak arrested David Hodge charging him with misdemeanor public intoxication.

Hodge was reported by a store clerk as being possibly intoxicated and in danger because he was walking on FM356.
