Day after Super Bowl remedies

So maybe you overate and overdrank at your Super Bowl party, experts say that is okay and gave us some tips on how to make it through your work week.

First, hydrate! Local pharmacists say drink plenty of water, it will flush out any bad toxins. Second grab some heartburn relief. Third, keep the electrolytes nearby.

"The water, the Gatorade, things to kind of re-hydrate after drinking too much or eating too much," said Human Resources Manager at Target, Laura Hollingsworth.

And last, get some air, the fresh air can be extremely beneficial.
