Rick Santorum promised Thursday to mount a vigorous campaign to win the Texas primary in May, saying the state with the second-largest pool of delegates could help him “reset” the race.

“I’m going to spend a lot of time in Texas. This is an important state for us,” Santorum told reporters after holding a town hall meeting at the USAA insurance company in San Antonio. “We’re going to keep coming. People are very hospitable to us.”

I have one name for Santorum, "Carpetbagger".

Texas has the true consevative in the race, Ron Paul. Tax and spend big government Santorum couldn't get re-elected in Pennsylvania because of fake conservative talk that always gave-in to special interest pork.

Ron Paul would have captured the nomination at the beginning if he had not turned the majority of the GOP off by his belief that all foreign policy problems could be solved by the Golden Rule; if only it were so.
Our best bet now is to elect as conservative a person as possible and hold his feet to the fire on cutting spending & eliminating all of the muslim's increase in the Fed gov't. while eliminating several parasitic agencies.
